With a passion for real estate and a sharp eye for detail, Marketa leads Redlynch Rentals & Sales with dedication and integrity. She brings years of hands-on experience in property management, body corporate relations, and tenant care, ensuring every property under her watch is managed to the highest standard.

Marketa is known for her proactive communication, problem-solving skills, and commitment to maximising returns for property owners while fostering positive relationships with tenants. She prides herself on her personalised approach, treating every property as if it were her own.

Outside of work, Marketa loves spending time with her family, exploring the local Cairns region, and staying active in the community.

Michael Gabbert

Michael is the operational backbone of Redlynch Rentals & Sales, bringing a wealth of management experience and a practical, solutions-focused mindset to the team. His background in leadership roles combined with a deep understanding of property management makes him an invaluable resource for both owners and tenants.

Michael is hands-on with property maintenance coordination, ensuring that every issue is addressed promptly and cost-effectively. He’s known for his friendly approach, reliability, and commitment to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

When he’s not managing properties, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors, supporting local sports, and enjoying family time in Cairns.

Tahnee Hart

Tahnee brings a warm, approachable energy to the Redlynch Rentals & Sales team, backed by decades of customer service experience. Before relocating to Cairns in 2015, she successfully ran her own daycare in Sydney - a role that sharpened her exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

At Redlynch Rentals & Sales, Tahnee is often the first friendly voice our clients and tenants encounter. She ensures every interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel heard and supported.

Having stood by Marketa and Michael not just professionally but personally - including as a bridesmaid at their wedding - Tahnee is deeply invested in the values and integrity that guide the business. Her background in running a thriving business gives her a unique perspective on client care, making her an integral part of the personalised service we pride ourselves on.
